We now operate an online triage system, designed to make accessing healthcare more convenient and efficient for you.
Patients can submit their symptoms or queries online without needing to call or visit the practice in person. This flexibility is particularly beneficial for those with busy schedules or mobility issues.
Our highly skilled clinical team review and assess all medical queries and requests for appointments ensuring that patients are seen by the right clinician for their problem.
Our administration teams ensure that requests such as test result information, referral updates, letters from Doctors and general admin queries are actioned as soon as possible. Please note the admin section cannot be used to request prescriptions .To do this you can submit a request to our dedicated prescription team by emailing cmicb-cheshire.millcroftprescriptions@nhs.net. If you have any problems our reception team will be happy to help.
The triage system streamlines the initial assessment process helping to prioritise patient needs and reduce waiting times.
Our team aims to triage your request and respond to you either via telephone or text message within 2 working days. If you need more urgent help, please call the practice. If urgent help is required when the practice is closed, please contact the out of hours service https://111.nhs.uk/ or call 111. In an emergency call 999.
We encourage you to take advantage of this service to enhance your healthcare experience. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our reception team.
